Joe was always a great neighbor and friend to my husband and me. He will be missed. My deepest sympathy to the family.
from: Ada Cutting on: 11-17-2016

Joe was involved in little league when I played and he was still involved when my kids played. That's saying something.
To all of Joe's family, someday you'll look back at Joe with a smile instead of a tear. Hopefully that day will come soon.
