So very sorry to hear of Mike’s passing. He always helped us out at our Clarksburg haunted hayrides, bringing all his inflatables for us to use. He would tell us stories about the scenes he used to put on with his friends and thoroughly enjoyed helping us each year. His smiling face and funny stories will be missed. God speed.

To Michael's Family,
My deepest sympathies go out to you. When I moved to the neighborhood six years ago, my dogs and I would always look forward to visiting with Mike when he was on the front porch. Whenever we got close to the house, whether Michael was out or not, they would start pulling so they could visit. He always came off the porch for a visit and some attention. Michael's deep laugh as Pierre (French Bulldog) would act, out only encouraged Pierre further into bad behavior; Pierre loved him because he was a good audience. Today, Pierre and Angus stopped for visit but you weren't there; they don't understand and neither, frankly, do I. We will miss our friend, his laughter and his love; to us, he is irreplaceable.
Your friends in this life and the next, Jeffrey, Angus & Pierre

I remember Mike well from growing up in North Adams and time spent at St. Joseph's where he was one year behind me. I vividly remember an encounter with Mike in the early 1980's when he told me he loved being a fireman. No surprise he served with distinction for many years. My condolences to his family and friends.
