NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Laura Jean (Granger) Brodeur, 66 of North Adams, MA died on Monday March 27, 2023 at Berkshire Medical Center.

She was born in Maryland on September 8, 1956, a daughter of the late William Nelson Granger and Joan Ardis (Fanning) Granger. She attended Monument Mountain Regional High School and received a certificate from Mildred Elley Business School.

Laura was last employed at North Adams Commons Nursing Home. She enjoyed playing keno and loved her dog, “Bella”.

Survivors include her significant other, Gary Cooper and two sons- Jayson Brock of Pittsfield and Justin Brodeur of North Adams and her stepson, Jason Brodeur of Pittsfield. She also leaves two grandchildren- Devon Brock and Dalten Brodeur; four sisters including Kathleen (Paul) Airoldi; Donna Granger, Rhonda Granger and Stephanie Granger and many nieces and nephews.
