Joan Marietta Reilly, 69, of Baldwin Hill died Tuesday at Timberlyn Heights Nursing Home, where she had been a resident since 1998. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., on Oct. 14, 1932, daughter of Frederick R. and Marion Johnson Tenny, she graduated from Catherine McCauley High School in 1950. She also attended Brooklyn College. She moved to Egremont in 1995. She was employed by the Ocean County National Bank in Point Pleasant Beach, N.J., from 1977 until they moved to Barnstable in 1989. She was a talented oil painter and enjoyed traveling with her husband. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family. She leaves her husband, Philip J. Reilly, whom she married Aug. 20, 1955, in St. Jerome's Church in Brooklyn. Besides her husband, she leaves three sons, David J. Reilly of Ringwood, N.J., Robert F. Reilly of St. Leonard, Md., and John P. Reilly of Egremont, and seven grandchildren. A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, July 19, at 11 at St. Peter's Church in Great Barrington by the Rev. William Wallis, pastor. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery, Egremont. The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 18, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 at FINNERTY & STEVENS FUNERAL HOME in Great Barrington.
