Kathleen Rose Menard Wilson

Kathleen Rose Menard Wilson,53, of 3 Benton Ave. Great Barrington died Friday at Fairview Hospital. She was born in Pittsfield daughter of the late Philias A. and Ella J.(Warner)Menard on June 25,1949. She attended the Great Barrington Schools and the former Searles High School and graduated from Berkshire Community College with an associate degree in Human Services. She was employed as a special needs advocate for the Riverbrook Residentual Center where she was well loved by all residents and staff. She was the wife of Eugene A.Wilson Sr.whom she married October 25,1971 in Great Barrington, 1 son Eugene A Jr.and 1 daughter Tanya Mae Wilson both of Great Barrington,5 brothers Plilias of Chelsea,MA.,Anthony and Joseph of AZ.,Charles of Poughkeepsie,N Y.,Peter of Watertown,N Y.,5 sisters Ella,Bernadette,Marguerite,Florence of Pittsfield,and Barbara of Highland,Indiana, 1 grandson Jordan Quinn,several Aunts,Uncles, Cousins,Nieces and Nephews. Funeral Services for Kathleen Rose Wilson who died August 16,2002 will be Wednesday August 21,2002 at Pittsfield Cemetery, with Rev-Joseph Forte officiating at 9 AM. Burial will follow. Family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4-7 PM at the BIRCHES-ROY FUNERAL HOME 33 South St.Great Barrington,MA.Expressions of sympathy in her memory may be made to St.Jude Children Research Hospital C/O BIRCHES-ROY FUNERAL HOME 33 South St.Great Barrington,MA.O1230.
