MARY A. (OUELLETTE) DAUB

MARY A. (OUELLETTE) DAUB 87 formerly of 260 Middle Rd. Clarksburg, Ma. Died Sunday morning November 3, 2002 at the Williamstown Commons. She was born North Adams, Ma. On June 27, 1915 a daughter of the late Eleric & Helen (Horan) Ouellette. She attended schools in North Adams, Ma. Including the former St. Joseph's Parochial Grammar School and High School. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and homemaker. She enjoyed cooking and baking and was noted for her famous Apple & Lemon Squares. She was a longtime communicant of St. Francis of Assisi Church, North Adams, Ma. And was a longtime member of the St. Francis Rosary Society. Her Husband John Herbert Daub whom she married November 10, 1938 in North Adams, Ma. Died May 22, 1977. Survivors included (4) daughters: Mary M. Medel of Adams, Ma. Robin Alfonso of Adams, Ma. Barbara J. Tremblay of Adams, Ma. And Joanne Hodgdon of the State of North Carolina. (3) Sons: John E. Daub of North Adams, Ma. William E. Daub of North Adams, Ma. James L. Daub of Virginia Beach, Va. (14) Grandchildren: Christine Pearson, North Adams, Ma. John Daub, North Adams, Ma. Karen Cornell, Concord, N.H. Laurie Solari-Bennington, Vt. Kimberly Glenn, Charlotte, N.C. Jamie Daub-Virginia Beach, Va. Sandra Daub, Nantucket, Ma. Jeffrey Pggin-Canton. Michigan, Christopher Daub Kansas City, Missouri, Travis Hodgdon of North Carolina, John Alfonso, Adams, Ma. Eric Alfonso, Adams, Ma. Jacqui Daub Virginia Beach, Va. Ashley Tremblay of Adams, Ma. (12) Great-grandchildren. (1) Brother: Eleric Ouellette of Stamford, Vt. (1) Sister: Theresa Bruno of North Adams, Ma. She was predeceased (1) Son & (1) daughter: Gerald F. Daub who died May 21 1970 and Judith A. Daub November 2, 1947. She also was predeceased by a Sister: Helen Macteer who died October 16, 1993 and a brother: Thomas Ouellette. FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral Services for Mary A. (Ouellette) Daub will take place Thursday morning at 10:00 A.M. at the Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, Central Chapels, 74 Marshall St. North Adams, Ma. Followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11:00 A.M. at St. Francis of Assisi Church, North Adams, Ma. With the Rev. Daniel Nolan as the celebrant. Burial will follow in the family plot in South view Cemetery, North Adams, Ma. Calling Hours at the Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funeral, Central Chapels, 74 Marshall St. North Adams, Ma. Are Wednesday from 4 PM to 7 PM. Memorial Donations are suggested for the Williamstown Commons Residents Activities fund or to the St. Francis Church Building fund through the funeral home. Survivors include (14) Grandchildren: Christine Pearson, John Daub, Karen Cornell, Laurie Solari, Kimberly Glenn, Jamie Daub, Sandra Daub, Jeffrey Poggi, Christopher Daub, Travis Hodgdon, John Alfonso, Eric Alfonso, Jacqui Daub and Ashley Tremblay. (12) Great-grandchildren: She was predeceased by (1) Son: Gerald Daub who died May 21, 1970. (1) Daughter: Judith Daub who died November 2, 1947. (1) Sister: Helen Macteer who died October 16, 1993 and (1) Brother: Thomas Ouellette. The St. Francis Rosary Society will recite the rosary at the funeral home on Wednesday at 4:30 P.M.
