Jacqueline Marie "Jackie" Siok, 16, of 8 Spruce St., Houstaonic, died Friday at Boston Children's Hospital. Born in Great Barrington on Oct. 1, 1988, daughter of Robert J. and Carolyn Hall Siok, she had completed her sophomore year at Monument Mountain High School, where she was a member of the high school volleyball team and drama club. She sang with the chorus for this year's high school play, "Guys and Dolls." She was a communicant of All Saints' Church. She enjoyed music, drama, computers and drawing. Besides her parents, she leaves her paternal grandmother, Alice Trzcinka Siok of Housatonic, and her maternal grandmother, Helen Johnson Hall of Pittsfield. FUNERAL NOTICE -- Services for Jacqueline M. Siok, who died Friday, July 1, 2005, will be Wednesday, July 6, at 9 a.m. at the BIRCHES-ROY FUNERAL HOME with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at All Saints' Church, Housatonic, with the Rev. Anthony Jutt, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery, Great Barrington. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 5, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy in Jackie's memory may be made to Killer Cell Leukemia Research or to the Dana-Farber Cancer institute in care of the funeral home, 33 South St., Great Barrington, MA 01230. She also leaves aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her paternal and maternal grandfathers, Stanley J. Siok and Roger E. Hall. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and her cat, "Minnie."
