Kevin Robert Squires, 41, of 422 West Housatomic St. died Sunday at Berkshire Medical Center. Born in Pittsfield on Aug. 17, 1964, son of Robert Squires and the late Dorothy VanBramer Squires, he attended Taconic High School. Mr. Squires was employed by Cranwell Resort and Golf Club in Lenox in the security department for 15 years. He enjoyed motorcycling, music and gardening. He and his wife, the former Lisa Bubb, were married Dec. 21, 1996, at the former Notre Dame Church. Besides his wife and father, of Pittsfield, he leaves two sons, Emrys Yetz of Pittsfield and Kevin Squires Jr., at home; a daughter, Jakleen Rose Squires, at home; two sisters, Robin Squires of Pittsfield and MaginReynolds of Lebanon, N.Y. FUNERAL NOTICE -- Mr. Kevin R. Squires, 41, died in Pittsfield on Aug. 21, 2005. He leaves countless uncles, aunts and cousins, and was the beloved uncle of Vanessa Lasher. The funeral will be private. He was predeceased by his mother, Dorothy Squires, on March 19, 1991. If friends desire, donations may be made to Kevin's children, payable to Lisa Squires in care of DWYER FUNERAL HOME, 776 North St., Pittsfield, MA 01201, which is in charge of arrangements.
