Elizabeth Ann Affenito

Elizabeth Ann Affenito, 53, of 7 Sandisfield Road died Saturday at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield. Born in Springfield on March 24, 1952, daughter of Margaret McCarron, she lived at Shriners' Hospital in Springfield and in local foster homes until moving to Sandisfield in 1968. Ms. Affenito attended the Berkshire County Association for Retarded Citizens' Center for Development day program in Great Barrington. She enjoyed music, cats and shopping. FUNERAL NOTICE -- Services for Elizabeth Ann Affenito, who died Sept. 10, will be Wednesday, Sept. 14, from 9 to 9:30 at BIRCHES-ROY FUNERAL HOME, 33 South St., Great Barrington, followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10 at St. Peter's Church in Great Barrington celebrated by the Rev. Shaun O'Connor, M.I.C. Burial will follow in Sandisfield Cemetery. She leaves many dear friends.
