Sue E. Saliba, 63

ADAMS, Mass. - Sue Ellen Saliba, 63, of 8 Albert St. died Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2005, at her home. Born in Albany, N.Y., on Feb. 1, 1942, daughter of Harriet C. Shearer Harrington O'Neil and the late Henry Harrington, she attended schools in North Adams, including the former St. Joseph's School. Ms. Saliba was employed for many years as a certified nursing assistant at the Sweet Brook Care Centers in Williamstown and as a private duty nurse. She enjoyed playing bingo and bowling. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. Her former husband, Tony Peter Saliba, died March 18, 1992. Besides her mother of North Adams, she leaves her longtime companion, Robert Lincoln; a daughter, Ann Lincoln of Adams; three sons, Anthony Saliba and Daniel Saliba, both of Adams, and Christopher Saliba of North Adams; three brothers, Henry Harrington of Williamstown, John Harrington of North Adams and Howard O'Neil of Adams; six sisters, Mary Johnson of Newport, N.C., Sally Martin of North Adams, Kathy Raney of Drury, Rose Martell of Pittsfield, Gloria Rose of North Adams and Patricia Bessette of Clarksburg, and four grandsons, Jeffrey and Justin Lincoln, Joshua Harrington and Matthew Saliba. She was predeceased by another son, James Saliba. FUNERAL NOTICE - Graveside services to celebrate the life of Ms. Saliba will take place Friday at 11 at the family plot in Southview Cemetery, North Adams. There will be no calling hours. Memorial donations are suggested to the VNA & Hospice of Northern Berkshire for the passionate and loving care they provided to Sue Ellen and her family, through FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA HOME FOR FUNERALS, Central Chapels, 74 Marshall St., North Adams.
