Rosemary Decker

Rosemary Decker, 71, of Pumpkin Hollow Road South in Copake, N.Y., died on Monday at the Great Barrington Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Born on in the Bronx, N.Y. on June 8, 1934, daughter of Ralph and Florence Friedel Saracione, Mrs. Decker had previously been employed as a waitress at the Dutch Treat in Craryville, N.Y. and also at the Sunrise Diner and J.W.'s Steakhouse, both in Sheffield. She leaves her husband, James W. Decker of Copake; two daughters, Dore Ramos of Churchtown, N.Y., and Peggy Kimpel of Georgia; two sons, Valentine Wadman of Hillsdale, N.Y. and Michael Wadman of Copake Falls, N.Y.; a sister, Florence Belcher of Pittsfield; two stepchildren; 8 grandchildren; 7 step-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren. FUNERAL NOTICE -- Services for Rosemary Decker, who died Monday, April 24, 2006, will be held on Friday, April 28, at 10:30 a.m. from PECK AND PECK FUNERAL HOME, 8063 Route 22, Copake, N.Y., with the Rev. Joseph Falletta officiating. Friends are invited and may call at the funeral home on Thursday, April 27, from 5 to 7 p.m. Interment will be in the West Copake Cemetery.
