Dorothy P. Finlayson, 95, of Brewster, Wellesley and Winchester died Monday in Winchester Hospital. Born in Worcester on Nov. 12, 1910, daughter of Charles and Lucy Dutton Boutwell, she graduated from North High School and Fairchild Secretarial School. Mrs. Finlayson was a homemaker. She was a member of the WPI Faculty Wives, the Women's Club of Cape Cod and the Friends of Brewster Library. She was predeceased by her husband, Frank S. Finlayson, in 1982, and a daughter, Deborah J. Finlayson, in 1945. She leaves a daughter, Doreen E. Atwood of Great Barrington; two sons, Dana C. Finlayson of Reading and David F. Finlayson of Troy, N.Y.; 7 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. FUNERAL NOTICE -- A graveside service for Dorothy P. Finlayson, who died Monday, April 24, 2006, will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 27, in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton, Pa. CASWELL-KING FUNERAL HOME, 474 Grove St. is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Mason Library Building Project 231 Main St., Great Barrington, MA 01230. She also leaves two daughters-in-law, Lynne and Wanda, and a son-in-law, Walter.
