Eric P. Moro, 28, of 3 Pleasant Court died Monday at Berkshire Medical Center. Born in Great Barrington on May 18, 1977, son of John Jr. and Clarissa Fay Moro of Copake, N.Y., he attended local schools, including Monument Mountain Regional High School. He worked for the Munson Satellite TV in Sandisfield. He enjoyed spending time with his daughter, bowling, horseshoes, NASCAR, attending racing events at Lebanon Valley and working on car stereos, and was a fan of Jeff Gordon, the Red Sox and the New England Patriots. He leaves his wife, the former Marlena Eichsted, whom he married Aug. 3, 1996, in Housatonic; a daughter, Tiffany Amber Love Moro; three brothers, John Moro of Lee, Michael Moro of Ancram, N.Y., and Kenneth "Kenny" Moro of Saugerties, N.Y., and a sister, Suzanne Ball of Hillsdale, N.Y. FUNERAL NOTICE -- The family of Eric P. Moro, who died Monday, May 8, 2006, will receive friends at BIRCHES-ROY FUNERAL HOME on Friday, May 12, from 2 to 5 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that expressions of sympathy in Eric's memory may be made to his daughter Tiffany's trust fund in care of the funeral home, 33 South St., Great Barrington, MA 01230-1815.
