Charles W. Fitch Jr.

Charles W. Fitch Jr., 52, of 43 Lincoln St., Bath, Maine, formerly of Dalton, died Wednesday at Mid Coast Hospital in Brunswick, Maine. Born in Hinsdale on Sept. 17, 1953, son of Charles W. Fitch Sr. and Alice Elsenson Fitch, he graduated from Wahconah Regional High School in 1971. A Navy veteran of the Vietnam War, he served from 1971 to 1977 and was honorably discharged. He was a disabled veteran. Mr. Fitch was an amateur artist and enjoyed fishing. Besides his parents, of Dalton, he leaves a brother, Brian Fitch of Dalton, and a sister, Kathleen Bordeau of Apopka, Fla. FUNERAL NOTICE -- There will be no calling hours or services for Charles W. Fitch Jr., who died May 31, 2006. Burial, in Main Street Cemetery in Dalton, will be private and at the convenience of the family. He also leaves a sister-in-law, Mary Fitch, and a niece, Sara Fitch. BARTLETT-WELLINGTON FUNERAL HOME, 525 Main St., Dalton, is in charge of arrangements.
