Bryan Michael Robinson

Bryan Michael Robinson, 39, of 8 Arnold Ave. died Sunday at Hillcrest Commons in Pittsfield after a long illness. Born in North Adams on Aug. 10, 1966, son of James A. and Cynthia Rodowicz Robinson, he attended Adams schools and graduated from Hoosac Valley High School in 1986. Mr. Robinson worked for Goodwill Industries in Pittsfield and Adams until ill health forced his retirement in 2003. He was a communicant of the Parish of Notre Dame-St. Thomas and a member of Boy Scout Troop 38, where he achieved Eagle Scout rating. He was a member of several United Cerebral Palsy athletic teams. He enjoyed bowling, andwas fan of the New England sports teams, especially the Boston Red Sox. Besides his parents, of Adams, he leaves a sister, Laurie Carpenter of Adams, and a brother, Steven Robinson of Pittsfield. FUNERAL NOTICE -- The funeral for Bryan Michael Robinson, who died Sunday, June 11, 2006, will be Thursday at 9 from AUGE-PACIOREK-SIMMONS FUNERAL HOME, 13 Hoosac St., Adams, with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10 at Notre Dame des Sept Douleurs Church, Adams, celebrated by the Rev. Daniel J. Boyle, pastor of the Catholic Parishes of Adams. Burial will follow in Bellevue Cemetery, Adams. Calling hours are tomorrow from 4 to 7 at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to United Cerebral Palsy, Goodwill Industries or Boy Scout Troop 38 through the funeral home, 13 Hoosac St., Adams, MA 01220. He also leaves a brother-in-law, Timothy Carpenter of Adams; a nephew, Tyler Carpenter, and a niece, Jordyn Carpenter, both of Adams; his godmother, Beverly Jobert of Bluffton, S.C., and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
