Eileen Frances Alderman, 59, of 271 New Windsor Road died yesterday morning at Berkshire Medical Center. Born on July 27, 1946, in Pittsfield, daughter of the late Ralph and Ethelyn Miner Baumann, she attended schools in Hinsdale and Dalton, and was a 1964 graduate of the former Dalton High School. Mrs. Alderman was a homemaker. She was a member of the Congregational Church of Hinsdale. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting and playing cards. In her younger years she enjoyed roller skating and bowling. She and her husband, Donald L. Alderman Jr., were married at the Congregational Church of Hinsdale on Oct. 3, 1970. Besides her husband, she leaves two sons, David A. and Daniel A. Alderman, both of Hinsdale. FUNERAL NOTICE -- Funeral services for Eileen Alderman, who died Thursday, June 15, 2006, will be held Tuesday, June 20, at 11 a.m. at DERY-FOLEY FUNERAL HOME, 890 East St. Dalton, with the Rev. Dr. Peter D. Boehringer officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Street Cemetery, Hinsdale. Calling hours at the funeral home will be on Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her memory may be made to the Hinsdale Fire Department in care of the funeral home. Eileen is also lovingly survived by her mother-in-law, Florence K. Alderman of Hinsdale, her aunt, Mabel Watson of Hancock, her uncle, Howard LaPier of Edna, Texas, and by several cousins.
