Catherine Marie Foreman

Catherine Marie Foreman, 85, of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, formerly of Housatonic, died Friday at Wyandot Memorial Hospital in Upper Sandusky. She recently moved from Morral, Ohio, to Upper Sandusky. Born in Housatonic on June 21, 1921, daughter of William and Ethel Davis Haywood, she was educated in local schools. Her husband, Paul Foreman, whom she married June 15, 1946, in Housatonic, died April 7. She leaves three daughters, Jo Anne Rollison of Upper Sandusky, Sandra Redd of Marion, Ohio, and Paula Starner of Clarington, Ohio; two sisters, June Duryea of South Egremont and Gladys Carpenter of Rocky Hill, Conn.; four grandchildren, and three step-grandchildren. FUNERAL NOTICE -- The funeral for Catherine Marie Moreman, who died Sept. 1, 2006, will be conducted Tuesday, Sept. 5, at 10 at LUCAS-BATTON FUNERAL HOME in Upper Sandusky, Ohio, by the Rev. Kenneth Durtsche. Burial will be in Grand Prairie Cemetery in Marion, Ohio. Visiting hours will be Monday, Sept. 4, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Morral United Methodist Church in care of the funeral home, P.O. Box 207, Upper Sandusky, Ohio 43351. She leaves three sons-in-law, Leonard Rollison, Gary Redd and Ben Starner; three brothers-in-law, Ted Duryea, Warren Carpenter and John C. Foreman; a sister-in-law, Margaret Fisher; four grandchildren, Jessica and John Minor, and Megan and Katy Redd; three stepgrandchildren, Phyllis Boblenz, and Jeff and Lee Rollison.
