Karen J. Stolynas, 42, of Jesters Lane died in her sleep Tuesday at home. Born in Hartford, Conn., on Jan 3, 1964, daughter of the late George and Marie Prislupsky Stolynas, she graduated from Suffield High School in 1984. She moved to Becket nine years ago. Ms. Stolynas was employed by Fairview Hospital for the past five years. She leaves a son, Dutch Logan Davis at home; her fiancÃ©, Emerson Davis, with whom she resided; a brother, George Stolynas of Andros Island, Bahamas; and three sisters, Joanne Beresford of West Suffield, Conn., Beverly Wheeler of East Hartland, Conn., and Irene "Betty" Lynch of Westfield. FUNERAL NOTICE -- The family of Karen J. Stolynas, who died Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2006, will receive friends on Saturday, Sept. 30, from 11 to 1:30 at HAYES, HALING AND CARMON FUNERAL HOME, 364 Salmon Brook St., Granby, Conn., followed by a service at 1:30 at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the Dutch Logan Davis Education Fund in care of his aunt, Irene "Betty" Lynch, 40 1/2 Jefferson St., Westfield, MA 01085. She leaves many nieces and nephews.
