Michelle Anne Grandshaw

Michelle Anne Grandshaw, 43, of Kelsey Road died yesterday at Fairview Hospital of an aneuyrism. She was a member of the Conservation Commission. Born in Pittsfield on Jan. 19, 1963, daughter of the late Lawrence and Olive Jordan Grandshaw, she was a graduate of Taconic High School. For the past 15 years, Ms. Grandshaw had been employed by the U.S. Postal Service in Great Barrington as a mail carrier. She enjoyed riding horses. She leaves two brothers, Anthony Grandshaw of Pittsfield and Michael Grandshaw of North Glen, Colo.; and two sisters, Deborah Clark of Pittsfield and Marie Porter of Denver. FUNERAL NOTICE -- Calling hours for Michelle Anne Grandshaw, who died Friday, Oct. 27, 2006, will be Tuesday, Oct. 31, from 4 to 7 at FINNERTY & STEVENS FUNERAL HOME, 426 Main St., Great Barrington, followed immediately by the funeral. She also leaves her sister-in-law, Elizabeth Grandshaw of North Glen; her brother-in-law, Michael of Denver, and her companion, Glen Curtiss of Sheffield. Memorial donations in Michelle's memory may be made to the Sheffield Fire Department through the funeral home.
