Dorothy M. Pinsonneault, 95, of 118 Union St. died Thursday at North Adams Commons. Born in North Adams on March 23, 1911, daughter of Nicholas and Annie Dougherty Hillard, she attended schools there, including Drury High School. Mrs. Pinsonneault was a homemaker. She was employed at one time by the former Hoosac Cotton Mills. She was a communicant of St. Francis' Church. Her husband, Napoleon Pinsonneault, whom she married June 2, 1931, died Oct. 3, 1978. She leaves a daughter, Barbara Magnifico of North Adams; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. FUNERAL NOTICE -- The funeral for Dorothy M. Pinsonneault, who died thursday, Nov, 2, 2006, will be Tuesday at 10:15 at FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA HOME FOR FUNERALS, CENTRAL CHAPEL, 74 Marshall St., North Adams, with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11 at St. Francis' Church, North Adams. Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery. Calling hours will be Monday from 4 to 7 at the funeral home. Memorial donations are suggested for the Special Olympics or to the St. Jude Children's Hospital through the funeral home. She also leaves a son-in-law, Joseph; two grandchildren, Ariana D. Magnifico of Pittsfield and Lynn Magnifico Senecal and her husband, Peter, of North Adams, and two great-grandchildren, Stephen and Ryan Senecal. She was predeceased by two brothers, William and Gerald Hillard.
