Mary M. Svenson

Mary M. Svenson, 91, of Orlando, Fla., a native of Otis, died Tuesday at Westminster Care of Orlando after a long illness. She formerly lived in Mount Dora, Fla. Born on Feb. 20, 1915, daughter of Samuel and Ella Goodboo Spring, she attended schools there. Mrs. Svenson and her husband, G. Harold Svenson, were self-employed Realtors at Green Water Pond in Becket. She and her husband were married 68 years. He died in 1999. She leaves a son, Eric Svenson of Ringgold, Ga.; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A daughter, Dorothy Dake, died in 2003. FUNERAL NOTICE -- There will be no visiting hours for Mary M. Svenson, who died Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2006. Cremation will be followed by interment of ashes in Massachusetts in the spring. Donations may be made to Vistas, 100 South Biscayne Blvd., Ste. 1500, Miami, FL 33131. Mrs. Svenson also leaves a sister-in-law, Doris of Mount Dora, Fla.; a niece, Jeanette Humason of Largo, Fla.; her grandchildren, Heidi Yanna of Chickamauga, Ga., Christy Coen of Pine Grove, W.Va., Mary Palmer of Orlando, Fla., and Eric S. Svenson of Orlando, Fla.
