Cecelia Eileen Elizabeth Gaarn, 47, of Heaton Court, 5 Pine St., died Tuesday at Fairview Commons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Great Barrington. Born in New York City on Sept. 15, 1959, daughter of Eileen Shannon Gaarn and the late Francis D. Gaarn, she moved to Great Barrington in 1969 and was a 1977 graduate of Mount Everett Regional School. She also attended Boston University and Berkshire Community College. Miss Gaarn worked as a financial consultant in the banking industry. Besides her mother, of Great Barrington, she leaves a brother, Christopher Francis Gaarn of El Paso, Texas, and a sister, Katherine Gaarn Moro of Great Barrington. FUNERAL NOTICE -- The funeral for Cecelia Eileen Elizabeth Gaarn, who died Tuesday, June 5, 2007, will be held Saturday, June 9, 2007, with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St. Peter's Church in Great Barrington celebrated by the Rev. William Murphy, pastor. Burial will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery. Family will receive friends at a calling hour preceding the funeral on Saturday from 8:45 to 9:45 a.m. at BIRCHES-ROY FUNERAL HOME, 33 South St., Great Barrington. She also leaves a sister-in-law, Sally Gaarn of El Paso, Texas; a brother-in-law, Andrew Moro of Great Barrington; two nieces, Angela Pevzner and her husband, H. Matthew, of Great Barrington, and Jenine Moro of Pittsfield; and two grandnieces, Elizabeth and Victoria Pevzner.
