Bonita Y. Rose, 45, of 288 Bradford St. died Tuesday at Berkshire Medical Center after a brief illness. Born in Pittsfield on March 12, 1962, daughter of G. Rozena Mitchell Rose and the late Charles Rose, she attended Taconic High School. Besides her mother, of Pittsfield, she leaves a daughter, Ebony Hamilton of Pittsfield; three brothers, Ronald Conyers of Bloomfield, Conn., and Frederick Conyers Sr. and Michael Rose, both of Pittsfield; two sisters, Sabrina Sistrunk of Las Vegas and Cheryl Rose of Pittsfield; and three grandchildren. FUNERAL NOTICE -- The funeral for Bonita Y. Rose, who died Tuesday, June 25, 2007, will be conducted Thursday at 12:30 p.m. at Reigning Love Church by the Rev. Phillip Thurmond, pastor. A public visitation will precede the service from 12 to 12:30 p.m. at the church. Burial will follow in Pittsfield Cemetery. She was predeceased by a brother, Donald Conyers, and a sister, Charis Rose. WELLINGTON FUNERAL HOME, 220 East St., Pittsfield, MA 01201, is in charge of arrangements.
