Tina M. White, 35, of 66 Salisbury Road, died Tuesday at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. Born in Great Barrington on Jan. 14, 1972, daughter of A. Gary and Tara "Terry" Barbieri White, she was a 1990 graduate of Mount Everett Regional School and earned an associate degree from Berkshire Community College. Miss White worked as a secretary at the former Jenifer House and Simon's Rock College of Bard, both in Great Barrington, and at Berkshire West. She enjoyed gardening and cooking. Besides her mother, of Southfield, and her father of New Marlborough, she leaves her maternal grandparents, James Barbieri of Great Barrington and Patricia Butler Hall of Monterey; her paternal grandmothers, Mary Mawn White of New Marlborough and Helen Bryden Solomon of South Gate, Ga.; and her fiancÃ©, John Rabideau of Sheffield. FUNERAL NOTICE -- A Celebration of Life Service for Tina M. White, who died Tuesday, July 3, 2007, will be conducted Saturday, July 7, at 10 a.m. at United Church of New Marlborough by the Rev. Brian Care. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family in Mill River Center Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. at BIRCHES-ROY FUNERAL HOME. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that expressions of sympathy in Tina's memory be made to New Marlborough First Responders or to the Eleanor Sonsini Animal Shelter, both in care of the funeral home, 33 South St., Great Barrington, MA 01230. She also leaves many aunts, uncles and cousins. Her paternal grandfather, John F. White, died previously. She also enjoyed her cats, Junior, Odie and Daisy.
