Nancy S. Kent, 64
SHEFFIELD, Mass. — Nancy S. Kent, 64, of Ashley Falls Road, Ashley Falls, died Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2009, at Fairview Commons in Great Barrington.
Born in San Francisco on June 15, 1945, daughter of Harvey and Patricia Nell Grisham Kent, she graduated from schools in New York. She moved to the Berkshires area more than 30 years ago.
Ms. Kent was a self-employed and was a creative decorator and artist.
She enjoyed gardening and doing jigsaw puzzles.
She leaves a daughter and son-in-law, Claudia and Gianni Chighine of Westerly, R.I.; her sister, Jude Kent and her husband, Tamarack, of Ashley Falls; two brothers, Jeffrey Kent and his wife, Morgan, of Great Barrington and Greg Kent and his wife, Angela, of Tampa, Fla., and two grandchildren, Peter and Paige.
FUNERAL NOTICE — Funeral services for Ms. Kent will be private.
