Scott W. Haring, 45
NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Scott W. Haring, 45, of 47 Walden St. died Sunday evening, May 27, 2012, at North Adams Regional Hospital.
Born in Adams on July 8, 1966, a son of Jack Haring of Savoy and Gerry Meehan Haring of Adams, he attended Adams schools and graduated from Hoosac Valley High School with the class of 1984. He also graduated from Berkshire Community College in Pittsfield.
Mr. Haring had worked for United Parcel Service at its West Springfield office for the past 25 years.
He was a member of the Greylock Community Club, and enjoyed fishing, bowling and golfing.
Besides his parents, he leaves two daughters, Jamie Haring and Katlyn Haring and her fiance, Seth Knickerbocker, all of North Adams; a son, Samuel Haring of North Adams; a brother, Michael Haring of Pittsfield; a sister, Brenda Haring of North Chester; his godmother, Clarice Lacroix of Eagle Bridge, N.Y.; his former wife, Christine Raimer Haring of Adams; nieces and nephews including Tyler Martelle of Adams, and aunts, uncles and cousins.
FUNERAL NOTICE — A graveside committal service for Mr. Haring will be held on Saturday, June 9, at 10:30 a.m. in Bellevue Cemetery, Adams, with the Rev. Susan Borella officiating. Relatives and friends are invited.
There will be no calling hours. Memorial donations may be made to any charity of the donor's choice through Paciorek Funeral Home, 13 Hoosac St. Adams, MA 01220, which is in charge of arrangements.
