Anthony J. Stack, 68
CLARKSBURG, Mass. — Anthony J. "Tony" Stack, 68, of 135 Middle Road died Thursday, Sept. 6, 2012, at North Adams Regional Hospital.
Born Middletown, Conn., on June 21, 1944, son of Anthony and Pauline Bokina Stack, he grew up in Bellows Falls, Vt., and graduated in 1963 from Bellows Falls High School.
Mr. Stack was employed from 1968 to 2004 by the former Massachusetts Electric Co.
He was an avid NASCAR fan and was a collector of miniature railroad trains. He enjoyed camping with his family and hunting.
He and his wife, the former Paula Hayes, were married on July 10, 1965, in Bellows Falls.
Besides his wife, he leaves a daughter, Tina Dobbert of North Adams; a son, Robert Stack and his wife, Kathleen, of North Adams; four grandchildren, Kaitlyn and MacKenzie Dobbert and Hannah and John Stack, and two sisters-in-law, Barbara Hayes and Jacquelyn Stack.
He was predeceased by his brother, Richard Stack.
