Patricia A. Scutt, 70
NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Patricia A. Scutt, 70, of North Adams died Saturday, Oct. 27, 2012, at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield.
Born in Bennington, Vt., on Feb. 1, 1942, a daughter of Lester and Elizabeth Harrod Prue, she attended schools in Bennington.
Mrs. Scutt was a devoted homemaker, mother and grandmother. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and doing puzzle books. She also enjoyed sewing and was a collector of owls. She attended the North Adams Adult Day Center.
Her husband, Raymond Scutt Sr., died Oct. 18, 1983.
She leaves three daughters, Theresa Whitney of North Adams, Brenda Shores of Bennington and Debbie Schockley of Tennessee; two sons, Raymond Scutt Jr. and John Scutt, both of Bennington; three sisters, Elizabeth Robinson, Frances Prue and Mary Mason, all Bennington; two brothers Gerry Prue and Lester Prue Jr., both of Bennington; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and her best friend Rose Scutt of North Adams.
She was predeceased by her daughter Annie England and sister Della Prue.
FUNERAL NOTICE — Graveside services for Mrs. Scutt will take place Friday, Nov. 2, at 1 p.m. at Greenlawn Cemetery in Housatonic.
