Drury Boys Drop Mount Everett

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – Ben Harrington scored two goals and assisted on another Monday to lead the Drury boys soccer team to a 4-0 win over Mount Everett.

 

“Ben set the tone for our team tonight with two early goals,” Drury coach John Jacobbe said. “He then capped off his night with a great corner which Izaiah [Grandchamp] headed in to cap off the scoring.”

 

Grandchamp also assisted on eighth-grader Zander Murphy’s first career varsity goal late in the first half.

 

Max Soto stopped four shots for his first shutout of the fall.

 

Ian Lanoue stopped eight shots for the Eagles (0-2-1), who go to Hampden Charter on Wednesday.

 

Drury (1-2) hosts Libertas Charter on Wednesday.
