McCann Tech Opens Tourney with Win

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – Ashton Solomon had a hat trick Wednesday to lead the McCann Tech boys soccer team to a 4-1 win over Pathfinder in the Western Massachusetts Class C quarter-finals.

 

Rocco Cellana scored a goal, and Zach Howland had an assist for the Hornets.

 

Second-seeded McCann Tech (8-2-4) moves on to face either Lenox or Smith Vocational, who meet on Thursday evening in Northampton.
