McCann Tech Boys Open with Road Win
PALMER, Mass. — Ashton Solomon Tuesday scored the game’s only goal to lead the McCann Tech boys soccer team to a season-opening win over Pathfinder Regional Voc-Tech.
Max Plekhanov set up the game-winner.
“We had plenty of opportunities in the final third but were unable to find the back of the net,” McCann Tech coach Stephen McAllister said. “Outstanding performance by our defensive line with four saves from Ben Harris. All around good outcome for our first game of the regular season.”
McCann Tech (1-0) is off until Monday, when it hosts Springfield International Charter.
