Litchfield Scores Twice in Shutout Win for Mount Everett Boys

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- Dan Litchfield scored twice on Thursday to lead the Mount Everett boys soccer team to a 2-0 win over McCann Tech.

 

Brendan Dempsey assisted on the first Litchfield goal, which came in the 37th minute. Litchfield added an unassisted goal in the second half.

 

Patrick Silk stopped five shots to earn the shutout for Mount Everett.

 

Devon Griswold stopped 10 shots for McCann (4-9-2), which hosts Commerce on Friday.
