Rogers, Nevarez Lead Mounties in Rout of SICS

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – Declan Rogers and Dylan Nevarez each scored a pair of goals on Saturday as the Mount Greylock boys soccer team defeated Springfield International Charter, 9-0.

 

The Mounties had a 9-0 lead at half-time.

 

Will Apotsos, Will Igoe, Cam Miller and Jose Brito each found the back of the net, and the Mounties benefited from an own goal by the Bulldogs.

 

Everett Crowe and Kofi Roberts each had two assists.

 

Lex Anagnos and Ward Bianchi each made a save to combine on the shutout in goal.

 

Mount Greylock (4-1-2) hosts Hampshire Regional on Tuesday.
