Mount Greylock Boys Play South Hadley to a Draw

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- Liam Hnatonko scored a pair of goals Monday for the Mount Greylock boys soccer team in a 2-2 tie against South Hadley in the season opener.

 

The Tigers scored twice in the second half, getting the second goal on a penalty kick, to earn the draw.

 

Everett Bayliss assisted on both goals for the Mounties.

 

Ward Bianchi made a pair of saves in Mount Greylock's goal.

 

Mount Greylock (0-0-1) goes to Bennington, Vt., Thursday to play Mount Anthony Union in the first round of the Patriots' tournament.
