Mounties Down Wahconah, 1-0

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – Lukas Burrow scored in the first half, and the Mount Greylock boys soccer team went on to a 1-0 win over Wahconah on Thursday night.

 

Owen KoaMaya set up Burrow for the game-winner.

 

Ward Bianchi made eight saves to earn the shutout win in goal.

 

For Wahconah, Matt Oakes and Joey Fonatine split time in goal, combining to make 11 saves.

 

Wahconah (1-2-1) hosts Easthampton on Tuesday.

 

Mount Greylock (2-2-1) hosts Monument Mountain on Saturday.
