Lee Routs Gateway

LEE, Mass. – Ella Simone started the game with a natural hat trick, and the Lee girls soccer team went on to a 7-0 win over Gateway Regional on Tuesday.

 

Simone scored three goals in the game’s first nine minutes – two assisted by Jenna Simone, who ended up with three assists.

 

Tamia Andrade, Emma Ranzoni, Giana Carlino and Faith Newton accounted for the other goals.

 

Maddy Kotek made 12 saves to earn the shutout in goal.

 

Lee (5-1) is off until it hosts Lenox on Sept. 23.
