Drury Girls Earn Draw at Central

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Megan McGrath scored on a rebound off a defender Wednesday, and the Drury girls soccer team went on to a 1-1 tie at Springfield Central.

 

Drury had a second goal called back on an offsides call before the Golden Eagles converted a penalty kick to level the score.

 

“It was a great game,” Drury coach Syid Uqdah said. “I couldn’t be more proud of these young women.”

 

Durry (0-4-1) goes to Taconic on Friday.
