McCann Tech Tops Lee

LEE, Mass. – Jordyn Lloyd scored a pair of goals and set up one more Monday to lead the McCann Tech girls soccer team to a 4-1 win over Lee.

 

Shaylee Lawson had a goal and an assist, and Zoe Kratz scored in the win.

 

“Great win on the road today against a good team,” McCann Tech coach Lindsay Lincoln said. “Our defense was solid and everyone contributed to the win. We are eager to build on this as we move into tomorrow’s first home game.”

 

Natalie Tatro stopped eight shots to earn the win in goal.

 

Maddy Kotek had 16 saves for Lee, which got a goal from Payton Simmons on an assist from Jenna Simone.

 

The Wildcats (2-1) host Taconic on Tuesday.

 

McCann Tech (1-0-1) hosts Springfield International Charter on Tuesday.
