Lawson Leads Hornets in Win at Ware

WARE, Mass. – Shaylee Lawson scored twice and set up a goal Friday to lead the McCann Tech girls soccer team to a 4-1 win over Ware.

 

Zoey Kratz and Lainey Field each scored a goal, and Jordyn Lloyd had two assists.

 

“All our players showed strength, skill, and heart — they left it all on the field and came out victorious,” McCann Tech coach Lindsay Lincoln said. “We had minutes from everyone tonight and I could not be more proud of this team.”

 

Natalie Tatro and Bella Lefebvre split time in goal, combining for eight saves in the win.

 

McCann Tech (4-0-2) goes to Taconic on Tuesday.
