Hornets Reach State Voc Title Game

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – Jordyn Lloyd had a goal and an assist, and Bella Lefevre made 20 saves Monday to lead the McCann Tech girls soccer team to a 4-3 win over Bristol County Agricultural in the semi-finals of the State Vocational Tournament.

 

Shaylee Lawson, Zoe Kratz and Lainey Field each scored a goal as the Hornets (7-4-5) snapped a six-game winless streak.

 

“We stepped up when he needed to and showed heart and teamwork throughout the game,” McCann Tech coach Lindsay Lincoln said. “This win gives us great momentum and confidence as we head into the vocational tournament finals later this week. Our determination and heart is where it needs to be and I’m excited to watch this team accomplish goals this week.”

 

Chloe Cabana and Colbie Crouse each had an assist for the Hornets.
