PITTSFIELD, Mass. – Arianna Henderson and Nora Lopez each had a goal and an assist as the Mount Greylock girls soccer team Monday won a back-and-forth game against Pittsfield by a 4-3 score.

Henderson’s goal came midway through the second half, about 16 seconds after Abbey Wong scored for the Generals to tie the game, 3-3.

Lauren Powell and Tanley Drake also scored goals for the Mounties, who got an assist from Rowan Apotsos.

Asia Smith-Moody and Caprese Conyers scored for Pittsfield, which got a pair of assists from Madi Pope.

Harolyn Castillo stopped nine shots for the Generals.

“We struggled with defensive marking today and gave up three goals to being out of position which is very rare for us,” PHS coach Molly West said. “Our offensive output with Hannah Dalton at center midfield was the bright spot today and we had some beautiful chances to finish. We had quality through balls and looks.”

Addie Cooper stopped five shots to earn the win for Mount Greylock.

The Mounties (10-0-1) host Lenox on Wednesday.

Pittsfield (5-4-2) continues a three-game week on Wednesday when it visits Holyoke.
