Wahconah Girls Shut Out Lenox

DALTON, Mass. – Brooke Harrington and Madi Lee each scored a goal Monday to lead the Wahconah girls soccer team to a 2-0 win over Lenox.

 

Harrington converted an assist from Gianna Heilbroun to start the scoring after a scoreless first half.

 

Lee then scored from distance off a pass from Chloe DiFazio.

 

Wahconah coach Maggie Rivers credited Mia Thomas for stepping up in the back for the injured Marissa Poirier, helping to limit the pressure on Paetyn Tatro, who earned the clean sheet with two saves.

 

Audra Tresp stopped 18 shots for Lenox.

 

The Millionaires (3-8-2) are at Mount Greylock on Wednesday.

 

Wahconah (9-1-1) is at Drury on Thursday.
