Granby Girls Come Back, Tie Millionaires

LENOX, Mass. -- The Granby girls soccer team Monday scored three goals in the last 12 minutes to earn a 3-0 tie against Lenox.
 
Allie Lamm gave the Millionaires the lead with a goal assisted by Maddi Digrigoli midway through the first half.
 
Aliza Munch then scored twice on assists from Medeja Rudzinskaite early in the second half to take a 3-0 lead.
 
"After a timeout, Granby dug deep and answered with three goals resulting in a 3-3 tie," Lenox coach Brian Seminara said.
 
"Both teams had there moments to win the game, but ultimately the shooting match ended in a stalemate. Hats off to Granby for pushing the whole game and never giving up."
 
Kalli White scored twice and then set up the tying goal in the 77th minute for the Rams.
 
Ella Hall stopped 11 shots for Lenox (1-0-1), which hosts Northampton on Wednesday.
