Ludlow Volleyball Tops Taconic, 3-2

LUDLOW, Mass. – The Ludlow volleyball team Monday pulled out a five-set win over Taconic as the Thunder went the distance in a fifth straight match.

 

Graclyn Cormier recorded 10 kills for Taconic in the 25-19, 13-25, 29-27, 10-25, 15-11 decision.

 

Angelese Ward-Green notched eight kills and collected two blocks. Ella Stodden passed out 23 assists to go with four blocks, three digs and three kills.

 

And Sophie Aubin anchored the defense with 16 digs.

 

Taconic (4-6), which is 3-2 in its last five five-set matches, goes to Drury on Wednesday.
