Wahconah Volleyball Tops Amherst

DALTON, Mass. – Emma Jacinto put down 16 kills Friday to lead the Wahconah volleyball team to a four-set win over Amherst.

 

Jacinto also recorded two blocks in the 25-16, 25-17, 19-25, 26-24 win.

 

Alex Rougeau pulled up 10 digs and recorded four kills and four aces.

 

Taea Cunagin had 13 kills plus three aces, and Melaina Haczela passed out 31 assists in the win.

 

Wahconah (8-3) hosts Pittsfield on Tuesday.
