PITTSFIELD, Mass. - Hailey Rumlow recorded eight kills Tuesday to lead the Pittsfield volleyball team to a three-set win over West Springfield.

Rumlow also pulled up a dig as the Generals won, 25-13, 25-18, 28-26, to snap a two-match losing streak and improve to 3-2 this fall.

“I think this is the first sweep we've had in years,” Pittsfield coach Katara Mullett said. “Every single girl showed up and brought 100 percent of themselves tonight and I couldn't be prouder.”

Rachelle Harrison passed out 23 assists to direct Pittsfield’s offense.

Sadie Aitken had seven kills, and Marley Perras and Amanda Pou delivered four kills apiece.

Pittsfield goes to Lee on Wednesday.
