Cowell had the top game of the day, a 258, and the best series among the boys, a 435.

Mongeon and Cowell each rolled their top game in the second game, helping the Blue Devils come back to tie the match at 1-1.

Drury then beat Pittsfield in the match-ending Baker format games to take the second point of the match.

Prior to Friday's action, the league recognized seniors from all eight schools and named its 2019-20 all-star team.

The top vote-getter in a poll of the league's coaches was Wahconah Blue's Alex White, who had the league's best game (287) and best series (546) this winter.

The all-star team was rounded out by Lee's Dingman, Pittsfield's Colby Rooney, McCann Tech's Yeaton, Drury's Cowell and Wahconah Blue's Amber Wood.

Yeaton also was recognized as the winner of the league's Pete Snyder Sportsmanship Award.
