McCann Tech Seventh at State Voc Tournament

ACUSHNET, Mass. -- The McCann Tech golf team finished right in the middle of the pack at Wednesday's Massachusetts Vocational Athletic Directors Association's Small Division Championship at Achushnet Country Club.

 

The Hornets placed seventh in a field of 13 teams with a score of 371.

 

Essex Tech won the team championship with a 339.

 

Two other Western Mass teams competed at the event. Franklin Tech (368) finished just ahead of McCann Tech in sixth place. Westfield Tech (418) placed 13th.
