"I told them to take it one shot at a time, it's just another round," McCann coach Corbin Brassard said. "I made sure they really just grinded through, I knew there would be bad holes, but how you respond from those bad holes."

Brassard's squad took his advice pretty well, and it showed on their score cards.

McCann's No. 1 player, Bradley Tatro brought in 3.5 points with a score of 43 to his opponent Tyler Boissoneault's score of 48.

Brian Boudreau added another 3.5 points, totaling a 50 to his opponent's 57.

Ryan Meehan (46), Cole Kratz (45), and Jake Tower (58) all brought in 2.5 points for McCann, and Tristan McNay (48) scored 4 points.

"Brad set the tone, he had the toughest matchup and he performed," Brassard said.

McCann finishes is season with a record of 5-5-2. It will begin its Western Mass journey Monday morning in the Division 3 tournament at The Ranch in Southwick.

"We're going to try and get over to the course and see the course, it's really a new experience for all of them, pretty much will use the same preparation that we've used all year and we won't change much."
