Mount Everett Girls Fall to Housatonic Valley in Five Sets

SHEFFIELD, Mass. -- Jenna Luz had eight kills Thursday to lead the Housatonic Valley volleyball team to a 3-2 win over Mount Everett.

 

The visitors came from behind to win, 16-25, 15-25, 25-13, 28-26, 15-8.

 

Lizzy Sarnacki led the Eagles with a season-high 11 aces and a season-high 19 digs to go with seven kills.

 

Faith Angell had nine kills, 14 digs and six aces, and Ashley Atwood had three kills, five aces and 11 digs for Mount Everett.

 

Mount Everett goes to Wahconah on Tuesday.
